Inaya · Privacy Notice

Your privacy matters.

This notice explains how we use personal information when you visit Inaya’s website or join our waitlist.

Effective 16 October 2026 · Version 1.0

Who is responsible for your data?

NLYTE HEALTH LIMITED (CRO 809403), trading as Inaya (“Inaya”, “we”, “us”), is the controller of the personal data described in this notice. Our registered address is The Black Church, St. Mary’s Place, Dublin 7, D07 P4AX, Ireland. You can contact us about privacy at privacy@helloinaya.com. If we appoint a Data Protection Officer, their contact details will be added here.

What information do we collect?

When you join the waitlist, we collect your first name, your email address, the language version of the form you used, and a record of the choices you made on it. If you choose to provide them, we also collect your last name and your age range.

The wellbeing topics you can choose — sleep, energy, mood, weight, skin, hot flushes, concentration — may be information concerning your health in this context. They are optional. We only collect and use them if you give separate explicit consent: if you do not, they are discarded when the form is submitted and never reach us.

We also receive the limited technical information needed to serve and secure the website, such as the request your browser makes and the logs our host keeps of it. See our Cookie Notice.

Who can receive your information?

We use a small number of service providers. They act on our instructions and may only use your information to provide their service to us: Netlify hosts the website; n8n receives the form and runs the workflow that records your signup; Microsoft Outlook sends the confirmation email.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. We may share information with professional advisers, insurers, regulators or law-enforcement bodies where the law requires it or where it is needed to protect our rights.

International transfers

Some of the providers named above may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens we rely on a lawful transfer mechanism — an adequacy decision, or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses — together with any supplementary safeguards required.

How long do we keep it?

We keep waitlist contact details and consent records until you unsubscribe, or for 12 months after Inaya launches, whichever comes first, unless a longer period is necessary for a legal reason.

We keep the optional wellbeing topics until you withdraw consent, or for 12 months after you give them, whichever comes first. After an unsubscribe we keep a minimal suppression record for 3 years, so that your choice is honoured.

Your choices and your rights

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any one of them, and you can withdraw your consent to optional personalisation without affecting what was lawful before.

Depending on the circumstances you may ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data; to restrict or object to certain processing; or to withdraw consent. Write to privacy@helloinaya.com. You also have the right to complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission, or to the supervisory authority where you live — the CNIL, if you are in France.

Children

Inaya’s website and waitlist are intended for adults aged 18 and over. Please do not give us personal information if you are under 18.

Keeping information safe

We use organisational and technical safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, care in choosing providers, and encryption in transit. No internet service can be completely secure, but we limit access to the people and providers who need it.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as Inaya develops or as what we do with information changes. We will publish the new version here and update the date above. Where a change materially affects you, we will tell you.
