Inaya stands for two things: care, and protection. For Wafaa and Maysan, it stands for something deeply personal, too.
Born from a mother’s experience of peri/menopause and her son’s determination to help, Inaya is the support they wish had been there all along.

Wafaa’s experience
The emotional storm.
People often talk about the physical symptoms of perimenopause. Much less about what happens on the inside.
I lost confidence in myself. I became more sensitive, sometimes on the verge of tears, with this urge to cry that would come from nowhere. And above all this feeling of no longer recognising myself. I would have given anything, at that time, to be guided. Supported. Understood.
My skin became drier, more fragile.
Foods I had always tolerated started to disagree with me, bloating, weight gain, a new kind of discomfort.
My body was changing, and no one had prepared me for any of it.

A different kind of care
Three things. Working together.
And then I discovered something essential: movement changes everything.
On the days I got up and ran, I didn’t live the same day. When I did yoga, I felt like I was taking care of myself — reconnecting with my body. Feeling better inside out.
That’s how I understood I needed to refocus on three pillars: skin, nutrition, and physical exercise. And that’s how Inaya was born.

Maysan’s motivation
For his mum. And so many more.
“Watching someone you love go through something so difficult and being unable to help is its own kind of pain. I immersed myself in the subject to build something I wish my mum had at the time.”

What began as a son’s wish to help became a shared purpose: to give women the understanding, guidance, and support they deserve.
